Pulverizer mills designed for raw materials micronization are used in all types of industries to micronize raw materials. This type of mill is capable of minimizing the grading into nanosize. This machine is necessary for aquatic feed production, especially for fish (fry) starter, as well as improving the quality of products. Atiye Sazan Negin Faraz Company designed this machine in three models: 70Φ – 9 hammers, 110 Φ – 12 hammers, and 132Φ – 16 hammers, and released into the market.

Pulverizer malfunction and troubleshooting
row Trouble Cause/s Solution/s 1 Abnormal noise is heard from the machine. External material has entered the machine. Loosen screws fixing the hammer disc;
Loosen geared ring or dividing flow cover;
Grading impeller and convex cover collide.
Remove the impurities, after opening the grading system. Tighten the hammer’s fixing screws.
Tighten the fastening screws of the geared ring and the cover of the dividing flow.
Check the distance between the impeller and surroundings, it should not exceed 0.5 mm.

4 There is abnormal noise or vibration in bearings, or they are overheated. External materials have entered the bearing chamber. Bearings are damaged.
Main shaft is deformed.
Clean and dry the bearing chamber after dismounting it. Replace the bearings.
Replace the main shaft after finding the causes.
3 The production capacity has reduced. Adhesion of the grading impeller or geared ring by mesh; Worn geared ring or hammer blade;
The air has reduced in quantity
Remove the external materials adhered to grading impeller or geared ring; Replace the old hammer blade or geared ring with new ones.
Check the fan and the dust collector bag, then adjust the air in quantity
4 Increased uneven grading size and mean particle size; Increased distance caused by worn geared ring or hammer blade; Worn grading impeller blades;
Adhesion of the grading impeller blades by mesh;
Replace the old geared ring and hammer blade with new ones. Replace the old grading impeller with the new one.
Remove the mesh from grading impeller blades.
Seal the pipeline after checking it.
5 Noise and vibration have increased excessively. Dynamic imbalance of the grinding disc; Geared ring adhesion;
Bearing is damaged.
Triangular belt is very loose.
Dynamic balance should be checked and corrected. Remove adhesion from the gear;
Replace the old bearing with a new one.
The triangular belt should be tightened.

Overload of the current Feeding material is too much. There is adhesion in the grinding chamber.
Materials are clogged.
Decrease the speed of feeding. Remove completely the adhesive materials.
Increase the quality of the suction air properly.

The motor cannot be turned up. Motor is damaged. There is a problem in the circuit.
Replace the old motor with the new one. Solve the circuit problem.
