Goals and vision

After three years of research, design, construction, and initial tests of the equipment we have been able to design a full production line to manufacture aquatic animal feed extruders and carry out the whole manufacturing process from the  beginning  to the end (design, construction, installation, implementation, and final production). We are honored that our production serves as a help for our country’s self-sufficiency, Iran’s economic growth, helps prevent currency outflow from the country to supply high-priced machinery, plus for entrepreneurial purposes and creating jobs in a deprived province. Now we have our own brand among the very few international manufacturers with high quality.

Currently, every manufacturer of extruder feed for aquatic animals is forced to purchase the equipment for the whole production line with the capacity of 10 tons from America valued at 12 million USD, or from Sweden valued at 12 million euros, plus they can invest more than 5.2 million USD for the same production line from China.

All machinery and equipment pertinent to the production of aquatic animal feed processed by extrusion technology are designed and manufactured in Iran for the first time. A great number of related articles and scientific content were translated and used in this regard. Therefore, this company was introduced as the reference and expert in this field by the factories producing aquatic animal feed, universities, and the Organization of Industry, Mine, and Trade of the province. This accomplishment is the result of consistent development to enable the development and self-sufficiency of our country, Iran.

The equipment pertaining to the aquatic animal feed production line using extrusion technology includes more than 50 different systems. After their fully automatic placement, they will be controlled from the control room.

The main goal and motivations for the creation of this company were to achieve entrepreneurial purposes, the country’s self-sufficiency in this crucial industry, prevent currency outflow from the country, use specialized engineers for the development of our beloved country, preserve the environment, plus dominate the international markets.

Currently, this company has drawn up contracts to manufacture, install, and implement this equipment in various cities in Iran such as Shahr-e Kord, Hamedan, Kamyaran, Gorgan, and Mashhad, as well as neighboring countries such as Iraq and Pakistan. Several factories have canceled their contracts with foreign countries and entered into a new contract with this company due to the high-quality of the products, reasonable price, guarantee for equipment, and the short time of manufacturing, installment, and commissioning the equipment. Besides, there are several other companies in the process of negotiation and the initial consultation.

Company’s 5-Year Perspective: Improving the quality of products and services in order to better comply with the international standards, moving towards the latest world technology, introducing the latest technology and knowledge into the country, fully dominating the domestic market as well as the market in the region and neighboring countries, getting recognized in the European and International markets, and increasing the number of personnel and company’s units up to 70% to help currency inflow and entrepreneurship.
